The school induction reflection was held on November 4, 2024. The class was divided into two batches, each consisting of 10 groups, totaling 20 groups. Our group was assessed by Shamna Rani tr and Akhil Raj Sir.
During the session, each group shared their experiences from the induction program, offering valuable insights into the functioning of different schools. This process helped us gain a deeper understanding of school operations and management.
The teachers asked numerous questions about the schools and their workings, making the session engaging and informative. Overall, the induction program proved to be a meaningful and enriching experience for everyone.
