🌼 Day 14 – Exploring Chemical Reactions Through Simple Examples
The fourteenth day began as we reached the school at 9:00 AM and signed the register. The morning assembly at 9:20 AM included the prayer, pledge, thought, news reading, and national anthem. During the 1st period, I handled a Chemistry class in 9B, teaching Combination and Decomposition Reactions from the unit Chemical Kinetics. Through simple examples and clear explanations, the students were able to identify and differentiate between both reaction types. At 12:15 PM, we completed the regular noon meal serving duty. The afternoon session had no further classes assigned, giving me time to review the morning lesson and prepare teaching materials for upcoming topics. The day concluded at 3:45 PM with the national anthem.
🌺 Day 15 – An Observation Day with Active Participation
The fifteenth day started with the morning assembly at 9:20 AM. There were no classes for me in the morning session, so I utilized the time to prepare teaching aids for the next lessons. At 12:15 PM, we performed the noon meal serving duty. During the 5th period, I took a Physics class in 8C on Charging by Induction from Static Electricity. The class was interactive and students responded well. In the 6th period, I had my optional observation in 9B, observed by Smitha Teacher, where I taught Double Decomposition and Displacement Reactions from Chemical Kinetics. The observation session went smoothly with active student participation. The school day ended at 3:45 PM with the national anthem.
🌿 Day 16 – A Quiet Day for Planning & Preparation
The sixteenth day began with the morning assembly at 9:20 AM. I had no assigned classes throughout the day, so I used the time effectively to prepare teaching aids and arrange resources for upcoming lessons. At 12:15 PM, we completed the noon meal serving duty. The afternoon session continued calmly, giving space to observe the school environment and support teachers when needed. The day ended at 3:45 PM with the national anthem.
🌻 Day 17 – Diagnostic Test & an Engaging Substitution Class
The seventeenth day began with the regular morning assembly at 9:20 AM. During the 1st period, I conducted a diagnostic test in 9B to assess students' prior knowledge and identify areas requiring remediation. In the 4th period, I handled a substitution class in 8C, teaching Electroscope and Capacitor from Static Electricity. The students were curious and engaged eagerly with the topic. At 12:15 PM, we carried out our noon meal serving duty. The afternoon session had no further classes, allowing space to prepare teaching materials for upcoming lessons. The day concluded at 3:45 PM with the national anthem.
🎉 Day 18 – Teaching Chemical Kinetics & Lightning Concepts
The eighteenth day started with the morning assembly at 9:20 AM. During the 1st period, I took a Chemistry class in 9B on Nature of Reactants and Concentration of Reactants from Chemical Kinetics. At 12:15 PM, we performed the noon meal serving duty. In the 7th period, I had a Physics class in 8C, where I taught Distribution of Electric Charges and Lightning from Static Electricity. The students found the topic interesting as it related to natural phenomena they had observed. The day ended at 3:45 PM with the national anthem.
