"Exploring History: A Journey to the Veluthambi Dalawa Memorial Museum"

On September 4, 2024, as part of our practical visit, we explored the Veluthambi Dalawa Memorial Museum located in Mannadi. This visit, organised according to our optional groups, provided us with a deep insight into the life and history of Veluthambi Dalawa. The museum, spread across two well-arranged floors, houses a collection of historic coins and several antique items that offer a fascinating glimpse into the past. Outside the museum stands a statue of Veluthambi Dalawa, serving as a fitting tribute to his legacy. The museum's surroundings are beautifully maintained, enhancing the overall experience of our visit.
